Mark Kathurima  

is a seasoned Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading global aviation initiatives and managing high-value programs across four continents. He is also the founder of MarkOneStudios LLC and a passionate advocate for youth, combining his professional photography skills with a commitment to mentorship and community impact.

Molly Leonard 

is a seasoned graphic designer with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic branding, marketing, and visual communication solutions across industries including aviation, hospitality, nonprofit, and retail. Proven ability to lead creative direction and execute cohesive design systems for clients such as Starbucks, Brooks Running, Teague, and the Seattle Symphony.

Anthony Muchiri 

 is a skilled management analyst with over five years of experience in feasibility studies, strategic planning, and data analysis across healthcare, municipal planning, and infrastructure. Currently at Eastern State Hospital, he uses tools like Power BI and SQL to deliver data-driven insights that inform operational improvements, while his past work includes leading multilingual community engagement and analysis for the City of SeaTac and the Port of Seattle.
